PRP Services
(PRP-M) Minors Ages 5-17
(PRP-A) Adults Ages 18+
PRP services are provided to persons living with chronic mental illness. Our services will assist participants with developing and reaching goals that will create contributing members of the community and society. PRP services are for minor participants ages 5-17. Minor participants receive 4 one hour monthly sessions to address rehabilitation plan goals. PRP services are for adult participants ages 18 and up. Adult participants receive 6 one hour monthly sessions to address rehabilitation plan goals. PRP services include, but are not limited to the following:
